VSM synthetic fiber was widely used for the screed in offices, commercial and residential premises of the Federation tower. The contractor, a foreign construction company with a worldwide reputation, was relying on its vast experience of working with fiber-reinforced concrete mixtures and was seeking to reduce the dependence on European manufacturers. In addition, the company was looking for a reliable supplier of the microreinforcing fiber, which is remarkable for its quality and efficiency. After a comparative analysis they decided on VSM synthetic fiber of C-Airlaid production.

The use of VSM fiber allowed the contractor to provide high quality flooring in all the premises, confirming the absence of cracks and other defects, and to guarantee the compliance with the highest quality and durability standards.

Fiber applied: VSM-II-12 (coaxial, polypropylene, 12 mm-length), the dosage is 900 g/m3 of the ready mix.

The Federation Tower is a complex of skyscrapers being built in Moscow in the 13th lot of the Moscow International Business Center. Upon completion of the construction, the building will become the tallest in Europe and one of the tallest in the world. The complex consists of two towers that were built on one stylobate.

East Tower is a 93-storey structure, while West Tower is a 62-storey structure.

The building will accommodate offices, hotel suites and apartments (the hotel is planned to work under Hyatt trademark). According to the plan three closed bridges between the "East" and "West" towers will arrange different restaurants and cafes.
